Youngest of the 3 Von Tallonbörg brothers, Viktor is the most ardent believer in the House legacy, as dictated to him by his father's ServoSkull - Lore.

Convinced by his Herekek eldest brother; Vlad, he considers his 'abilities' to be gifts from the Omnissiah, given to him to help him rebuild the good name of House Tallonbörg!

Once he had liberated Vlad from the fires of the Redemption, they assassinated a lesser Cog-Port official to free their brother Valerian from his indenture. Together they track down all the names the skull Lore will speak to them from the Imperial Dynasty of Tallonbörg, identifying their brethren and liberating them to join the Teknocratic Order

The middle of the 3 Von Tallonbörg brothers, Valerian was not raised with his youngest Viktor, or his Heretek Eldest Vlad, instead his earliest memory is being a child of 10 walking alone on the 'shores' of Cog Port. He was taken in by a grifter and would-be Merchant Delaware Boyd. He grew up the mastermind behind Boyd's overly complex schemes and cons, forced to be an indentured hired gun to protect Boyd or 'remove' his rivals.

When one day a new mark in town, Viktor came looking for Valerian, he became the target for Boyd's latest get-rich scheme. Valerian was allowed to befriend this eccentric stranger, since they both had a shared love for dubious stories of hidden archeotek. Instead Valerian was convinced of his true legacy, a child and heir of House Tallonborg!

Viktor promised to return soon to liberate Valerian and restore him to his birthright at his side. He had almost given up hope on the stranger however until one night Valerian heard the wail of tortured metal, the maglock on his door clunked open. Outside it floated the figure of Viktor, and behind him, standing in the crushed ruins and over Delaware's body.

Together they track down all the names the skull Lore will speak to Viktor from the Imperial Dynasty of Tallonbörg, identifying their brethren and liberating them to join the Teknocratic Order

'Raised' by a deranged and disgraced Archeotek, run out of the House of Artifice for preaching the word of the Omnissiah, Vlad was always a believer, he was just never sure in what. At a young age his father died, hunted down by a gang of Van Saar wishing to make their name of the disgraced of their house. Vlad turned to the Cult of Redemption as an outlet for his anger and thirst for vengeance. He saw in them a kinship with his fathers beliefs, this was misplaced however. The Redemption had little place for the Omnissiah in their creed, and when his true faith was exposed Vlad was sentenced to be purged of his heresy by fire!

He was almost dead when Viktor found him, led to him - he claimed, by a ServoSkull that listed him in the Imperial Dynasty of House Tallonborg! Vlad took this legacy, and the prophecy from the machine-skull as a sign from the Omnissiah, and once he saw the 'gifts' Viktor had been given his righteous fervor found a new purpose!

Viktor paid for Docs to treat Vlad's sever burns, and scavenged together the parts to replace Vlad's weak, damaged flesh, with strong, righteous Tallonborg metal.

Together they liberated their middle brother, Valerian from indentured servitude further convincing Vlad of their cause. He is the Hereteknical preacher, of the Teknocratic Order, adding divine purpose to the noble legacy of Tallonborg Viktor is rebuilding.
