Overview
The Carnival seeks to create a new underhive holding for the house. Rumors persist that its leader, the mysterious "Scaramouche" is a disgraced scion of that great house and is attempting to regain their lost position by some desperate grand scheme.

Some say Scaramouche was the child of one of the upper nobles of house Cattalus, some say they were the child of the duke himself. Whatever the case, they disgraced themselves somehow, and were banished to the underhive. Rumors of how the disgraced noble plans to rise again to the heights of necromundan society abound. But considering the shadowy forms which seem to follow the Masked Killer around, and the way they fight, it was promises to be nothing good...
