Heralds of Dust
Overview
The Heralds of Dust are an extremely territorial band of Ash Waste Nomad's. Those who have tried to explain the what they see as the irony of a nomadic people who claim to have a fixed territory, have not been seen again. Perhaps the concept doesn't translate well from low gothic.
From the information we have gathered from the odd survivor is that they tend to strike from thick clouds of dust. Rapidly appearing and disappearing with the storm.
According to surviving accounts they do not appear to be following the storm, but instead leading it. One account noted that their shaman/unsanctioned psycker had hold of a [This section has been removed by order of the Emporer's most holy Ordo Hereticus] which would explain their seeming control of the weather.

During a last ditch attempt to stop an Escher colony getting away he managed to stall the vehicle with his trident but was then beaten back when an Escher Death Maiden hopped off the back to attack him. A lesson learned
