Enforce Precinct Caesura

Precinct Caesura is known for taking pride in their displays of brutality, preferring weapons with stopping power and as much pain involved for their victims as possible. With the Ash Blizzard looming over all their heads, the Precinct is forced to make a decision, prioritize stocking up on supplies and focus on a small elite force to keep the peace in Necromunda, or build up an army and make do with the few weapons and equipment they have on hand.

No matter what decision they make, their task remains the same. Ensure that the Lex Imperialis is enforced and those that step out of line never do so again.
