The Metal Heads

The Metal Heads are not quite a cult of Khorne or zealots of The Emperor. But instead have visons of Khorne and chaos corruption, but have confused it for divine visions from The Emperor. They remain loyal to The Emperor and still detest chaos but inadvertinaly worship Khorne. They are crazed blood thirsty fanatics and loyal servants of The Emperor. Instead of spilling blood for The Blood God they bleed blood for The Emperor. Instead of collecting skulls for The Skull Throne, they hoard skulls for The Golden Throne.

Khorne doesn't really care that they think he is some sort of manifestation of The Emperor. Khorne doesn't use them as a traditional chaos cult as he thinks they would catch on to his influence more if he told them to betray The Imperium. But he gives them his blessings as they are great at stirring up unrest in The Undercity and spilling a lot of blood in the process.
