Silent Watchers

This gang is rarely seen, but when they do they are the silent figures that appear from nowhere. They are silent, but you can hear the whisper at the back of your head. You can't escape it and the words are like poison. You can cover your ears, scream and hit you head but the whisper won't go away. And the gang will watch silently.
