Precinct House of Sector 7
Palanite Enforcers (BoL)
Lore
In the choking depths of Necromunda’s underhive, where law is more rumour than reality, there are whispers of a precinct that never sleeps - Precinct Sector 7, known in hushed tones as “The Iron Verdict.” Formed in the aftermath of a catastrophic gang war that left entire hab-blocks as charred tombs, Precinct Sector 7 was not built to keep the peace - it was built to end conflict. Its ranks are drawn from hard-bitten veterans, failed Arbitrator candidates, and those Enforcers deemed too uncompromising for more "civil" precincts. To the Grand Provost Marshal sequestered away in the Hall of Judgement, they are a necessary excess. To the underhive, they are terror manifest, given badge and shotgun. Led by Proctor-Marshal Kessel Varn, a man as cold and unyielding as plasteel, the patrol operates under a simple doctrine: justice delayed is justice denied. Warrants are optional. Compliance is expected. Resistance is terminal. Precinct Sector 7 does not patrol - they descend. Breach charges replace negotiations. Shock mauls speak louder than words. Entire domes have been locked down for the crimes of a few, their populations subject to sweeping interrogations until guilt is extracted like ore from rock. Innocence, in their eyes, is merely guilt yet to be proven. Yet for all their brutality, crime in their jurisdiction plummets. Gangs vanish overnight. Smuggling routes collapse. Even the most brazen hive scum think twice before crossing into Precinct Sector 7 territory. Among the Enforcers themselves, there is an unspoken understanding: they are the line between order and anarchy - but every step they take blurs that line further. Some whisper that they have become what they hunt. Others silence such talk before it spreads. Because in the underhive, justice is not about being right. It’s about being final.
