Tripwire is no ordinary psychic familiar. Twisted by the same chems and rituals that birthed the Byzantium Crones, it manifests as a haze of claws, whispers, and flickering light. Its presence is like stepping on a bad trip—one wrong move and your mind snaps.

•  Psychic Static: Its aura hits like a Spook overdose—paranoia, twitching, and hallucinations ripple through anyone nearby.

•  Warp‑Laced Reflexes: Enemies swear it moves before they do, as if it’s already seen the fight play out.

•  Addict’s Shadow: The Crones treat it like a sacred chem‑spirit, feeding it fumes of ghost‑smoke and rainbow dust.

•  Calling Card: Victims of its psychic lash are left babbling nonsense, convinced they’ve been “tripped” into another reality.

 

Role in the Gang:

 

•  Tripwire is Yolanda’s constant companion, a psychic echo of her own resurrection.

•  It amplifies the Crones’ drug‑fuelled rituals, turning their battlefield rites into full‑blown psychic storms.
