Prologue
A bright orangey glow could be spotted from many hive blocks away.
"The Goo must be on fire." growled the large hairy beast.
"Who can say?" Slurped Mannax Fyre-Eyes, his eye stalks pointing this way and that while he drooled all over the ground.
"I think we need to investigate" hissed Magogg, while his wingy membranes drooped to the ground.
Surry and Nester were sitting at a broken table at the other side of what once was a fairly nice, for underhive standards, Pub building arm wrestling with their massive claw arms.
The roof pf the Pub had been torn off and most of the windows' glass had been shattered but it still operated as a bar called Sloss's Folly and it also operated as Gorn's base of operations.
'What an outfit we have turned out to be.' thought Laslo. Laslo used to moonlight as a regular human bartender.
It was maybe a decade ago when an overzealous Inquisitor named Enoch came bursting into his establishment on the other side of Hive Primus, sensing his Psychic Null ability and immediately announced that Laslo would be coming with him. At Enoch's side was a large and immensely strong beastman named Gorn.
For the next 9 years Laslo served as the Inquisitors Null, wearing a limiter when near Enoch and turning it off when necessary to take down rogue psykers.
Things were going quite well until Enoch's retinue took an ill-advised trip to Hive Secundus. Gorn, unbeknownst to Enoch, had found a chaos-tainted artifact and kept it to himself.
This artifact had begun warping Gorn's mind but also his body. A third arm grew out from under his left arm and Gorn knew this would be trouble so he asked Enoch if he could go on a mission to a different part of the Hive, one where there weren't very many established gangs yet, and Enoch agreed. Gorn took Laslo and several other members of Enoch's retinue and disappeared.
Over the course of 4 or so months Gorn eliminated all but Laslo from his crew and began recruiting other mutants to his cause.
And what is his cause now? Why simply the destruction of the entire Impirial hierarchy on Necromunda, beginning with the goo fire several hive blocks away, of course.
The Gunk War....
Gorn orderd Magogg, Mannax, Beebee, Festus, Laslo and Lurran to go investigate the fire.
Coming up to the circle of flame they noticed the Goo Movers attempting to move some goo around. They immediately attacked them.
The battle went well initially with Magogg seriously wounding a Goo Mover and their Rogue Doc. The mutant gang began closing in on the movers when things suddenly went sideways.
6 hive scum and a servo skull camera showed up and immediately began firing on the mutant band. After taking some serious injuries, Magogg ordered a retreat and they fled the battlefield.
