Parlay Gone Wrong (Act 1) 2026-03-17 #6

It was all about the poker face... The newcomers from Gunk Town wanted to see what kind of hand the Imperial Flush were holding, and it would be the Queen of Kings would fold first when the Gorvos up’ed the ante and called her bluff. 

Although the first hand was a bust, the Queen took down her counterpart after a gunk bomb just sailed wide. This prompted the Gunkers to come out shooting, no less than 3 hunted down the queen but that left them open. Red King was high and Jacks were wild taking out three-of-a-kind avenge their fallen leader. 

Elsewhere the Eight and the Black king, newly out of the deck, tried to hold the east flank and organise some kind of winning hand, but after taking down one, they were ambushed from behind, Eight went flush, and the Black King folded.

The gunkers played a full house of Combat shotguns and hidden plasma guns, and the painted harliquinns couldn’t even manage two-pair, with their Ace tucked firmly up  the sleeve for the whole fight. 

But by the 4th round, the big-blind was too rich for the Gunkers blood, and they cached in their chips with 2 dead and 2 injured, having hobbled the Black King in reply
