The Glass sages are a work crew of House Goliath sent to the newly discovered Dome 17. As one of the Houses maintenance teams their aim is to open the Dome up further and control anything discovered in the interests of the House. Oh and yeah become massively famous and fabulously rich. In fact so rich they can afford someone to pronounce and spell fabulously for them.
