The story of The Emperors cleansing fire starts with a lowly unknown bonepicker. Although he always had a thing for fire he spread the word of the Emperor as he was taught and instructed by his chapter. That would all change when his chapter was destroyed by parties unknown, but some suspect in dark quite spaces of the hive he set the great fire that wiped out this once great cawdor house. He walked out of this great fire without so much as a minor burn and claimed to see the future in the fire, leading all those left who saw this impossible feat regard him as Papa. Believing him to be the Emperor fire in human form and began to refer to him as Papa Ignis

Papa Ignis and his loyal underlings has decided to be outcasted instead of following the weak teachings of lesser belive

Believing themselves to be blessed with the Emperors eternal fire which burns within them. They believe by the cleansing of fire we will be reborn and forgiven all our failing

They find delight in anything burning, especially there enemy's. the screams of their victims are said to be the Emperors fire finding weakness, falsehood and corruption within them. "By fire the weak will be cleansed

To rise through the ranks you must show your commitment to fire by burning you're own flesh without reaction. "By the spreading of the Emperors fire our truth be heard
