Overview
Many of the members of this team started as a quick response team based on one of the massive floating Precinct-Fortresses that patrol the Poison Sea.
They were formed to address a sudden surge of unsanctioned psykers popping up in the pirate gangs, which some claimed were kids born to users in the wake of a new Narcolord flooding the market with Ghast some years ago. Whether that is true or not, this team gained a reputation for bringing them in alive for "retraining" in service of Lord Helmawr as his Haunts.
Their skills in bringing in psykers often led to them capturing other gangers. Those with bounties were claimed. Those without were treated like the irradiated fish caught over the side of the floating Fortress. Catch and Release. If there were a few more credits to pay for armour to protect the new kid, or meds to help an old captain's aching bones, so much the better!
They've been tasked with investigating a rival dealer operating out of Hive Obitus, who doesn't seem to be willing to have the same "arrangement" with the Enforcers as the more reasonable Narcolords that prowl the Sea. Of course, they will continue to keep the peace and bring in unsanctioned psykers while they do this.
Surely nothing else is going to complicate this...
Dirk "Gently" Creed
Dirk "Gently" Creed made Captain young. Despite the ridiculing nickname from his fellow Enforcers, referencing his preference for bringing perps in to be charged when possible, his numbers didn't lie.
Used to dropping in relatively unarmoured onto pirate boats on the Poison Sea, to avoid being dragged down beneath the toxic waves should him or his team go overboard, his first proper command of a Prefecture in Hive Obitus was a rude awakening.
They lost a couple of their squad in the first fight, and had to bring two new rookies to fill the dead men's boots. He's taken them under his wing, and will scrimp and save and find credits where he can to make sure his men are protected and able to fight back against the new threats they are facing.
Moira has been crucial in their fights, and it has left Dirk wondering just how things would change if all his team had access to such powers...

Parker
Parker doesn't speak much. Parker is good at his job. He had many nicknames. None stuck.
Parker doesn't need to be thanked or recognised for his job. He just makes sure that perps aren't in a position to fight back and harm his fellows.
(Parker is an excellent shot, despite multiple head injuries during a brief stint as a Subjugator potential)
Despite this, Parker has shown a remarkable knack to predict incoming danger, and sometimes has strange "hunches" that he follows through on. Some among the group, most notably Captain Creed, wonder if one day he may need to be shipped off to Haunt training to be fitted for his own hexagrammatic suit. It's certainly been interesting the few times that Parker has taken a hit of Ghast to get him through a particularly triclky fight...

Radec "Ringer" Reddington
Gaining the nickname after the amount of recruits he sent off with dents in their helmets and "ringing their bells" (including a rather unfortunate Parker), Radec "Ringer Reddington was a former minor chem dealer with delusions of grandeur before his "recruitment".
He managed to retain a little more of himself through the indoctrination process, including an acerbic tongue and an unhealthy obsession with credits and chems. He seems to have the uncanny knack to find a black market or underground gambling ring within 12 hours of arriving anywhere.

Bak "BB" Beck
Used to providing supporting fire from the hovering Valkyrie, BB hates this new way of operating. It means he might get shot!
The tight quarters have forced him to fall back on the old faithful carbine, but his true love is finding a perch and dropping a perp from half a hab away before they even know he's there.
After all, what's the point of making friends in high places if you can't get some perks out of it? Sure he has to move and find this guy muscling in on his friends turf right now, but get through this assignment, and they'll be back on the Poison Sea in no time!

Gordon "Flash" Decker
A hardened brute of a man, Subjugator training saw him on the receiving end of enough beatdowns that his motto is "never take a fair fight if you can help it".
Gordon earned his nickname with his insistence of having his enemy blind or concussed before laying in enthusiastically with boot and shield.
Violence was etched into him from his first beginnings in the Underhive as a scrawny kid, orphaned early. Slights and hurts to him and his gang were, and still are, visited back tenfold.
The tweaked out junkie that shot and killed one of his friends in their first scuffle in Obitus found this out the hard way after he broke nearly every bone in their body, and finally a caved in skull was the last mercy afforded them.

Moira
P51-Tm was rescued from a pirate shanty town after her powers kicked in at puberty.
Luckily a young up and coming Sergeant Creed was patrolling in the area and was able to step in before too much damage was done to the minds around her.
Much of her life before rigorous training has been lost or suppressed. The only thing she has is something the now Captain Creed was able to provide: her old name, Moira.
