The Ash Wind Exchange does not traffic in rumors, only in certainty. From half-buried listening posts and moving observation rigs, its agents read the wastes the way others read maps — ash-storms, convoy schedules, dead zones, and the subtle signs of violence yet to come. To caravans and warbands alike, the Exchange sells foresight: safe passage, profitable routes, or advance warning of extinction. They are neutral by reputation, trusted by necessity, and feared by experience. Nothing crosses the Ash Wastes unseen — it merely passes at a price.
