Overview
Enforcer precinct perched in the busy junction of 9 different routes. Transit tunnels, overhead catwalks, rail to nearby mines, maintenance tunnels and a sump canal all meet to create a bizarre centre of activity.
Tolls from all of the bridges and check points has allowed the gang to accumulate wealth and a stockpile of confiscated weapons so are well armed.
