Overview
Believing that it was more than just a passive duty to bring the Emperor's peace to the lawlessness of the hive: Mother Mercy drew together her own congregation of those that had fail to meet the exacting standards of the Adepta Sororita, and gave them an alternative creed: That of the Palentine Enforcers.
Brokering passage for her sister's from their chapel high on the spire with pias agents of House Ko Iron, Mercy Fashioned her own patrol of Watchmen from Watchwomen. She named them the Sisters of the Vigilance, lead them down one level at a time until their position as Sororita meant little and only as the strong arm of the Lex Imperialis could they help to survive the Underhive.
