TJanour the stranger is a mysterious figure. Quiet and stoic, his old necromundan features betray an experienced fighter. Trappings from his past, as well as his religious piety to the emperor, hint at a life lived under House Cawdor's broad roof – although the newer gear and the ability to read high gothic would suggest otherwise.

The truth, TJanour was a notorious ganger under Cawdor's Banner – fighting for various Word-Keepers but never rising to power. Joining the first gang at eleven, killing a man at age twelve and surviving a fight with none other than Slate Medina himself – TJanour has truly seen the horrors of necromundan violence. 

Although, TJanour is now disenchanted with the House of Cawdor – gang life under a house was not always bad. He married his first wife, at age thirteen – a widow of another ganger and was a father by age fourteen. In his short life, Tjanour has fathered eighteen children to four different women. His eldest daughter is the spouse of a notorious Firebrand and at least three of his sons engage in Cawdor gang activities. This circumstance, fed the family for a time.

However, two of his four wives died of complications during child birth and the fate of eight of his children are unknown – taken, either by House Griem for their hardy necromundan stock, Enforcers or something far more nefarious. Tired of the poverty and lack of security afforded by the House of Cawdor, TJanour has now thrown his lot in with a secundan incursion party – hoping to make it big to leave the underhive for a better life.
