The Howling has not been heard for many cycles in CogPort, for some this is a blessing, for others, however, for whom the Sump Sea has been a defining aspect of their lives, the falling silent of the Howling was a portent...
For there are some that whisper The Howling is in fact the Vox Sancta, the very breath of Him on Terra. His quiet judgement that roars across the stars. The hot breath of the Emperor of Mankind that scours the sinful, the mutant and the heretic from CogPort and will one day cleanse the filth from the Sump Sea.
They are the Navigators, the boatswain, the bligerats, the salts, tars, and The Daughters of the Howling.
