Overview
House Delaques representatives in JBJ are known as The Network, while not really looking to gain control over any of the 3 tunnels that link both half’s of the settlement they can still be “found” at both ends.
The Network specialise in Deception and assassinations, while you are watching a gang member move through the town just remember that it’s the one you can’t see that you should be worried about.
Mayor Rob had mentioned previously that he suspects The Network have actually got a 4th tunnel for their own business that the other gangs don’t know about, but it doesn’t matter to much as they keep up with their payments without ever missing a single credit and always on time….. sometimes the credits are covered in blood
