Once a renowned socialite, Mildred was forced to abandon her mansion after a rather unfortunate “oxygen tax” scandal. She now roams Hive Euryale in her Spyrer rig, dispensing etiquette, neurotoxins, and unsolicited advice in equal measure.

How She Got Her Respirator:

The respirator isn’t regulation issue — it’s a custom model called the “Helmawr Haute-Air Mk II.”

Legend says Mildred “liberated” it from a visiting Guild factor after mistaking him for a wine waiter. The poor man complained about her drinking habits; she took offense, challenged him to a duel, and when he collapsed from the ash fumes, she decided the respirator “matched her complexion.”

She’s worn it ever since, claiming it “smells faintly of victory and top-shelf recaf.” It’s also voice-modulated to make her sound perpetually dramatic — even when she’s asking for snacks.

Former host of the hive’s least-watched alchemy show, ‘Whip It Good!’, Lady Lashley turned to field research when funding (and patience) ran out. She is dangerously cheerful, smells faintly of solvent, and insists that every chemical compound she invents be named after a dessert.

Her signature toxin? Banana Death Split.

Her motto? “Science is just cooking for people who can’t taste.”

Sir Bonkulus Smashford III, a.k.a. “Smashy McSmashface”

Disowned by his family for “excessive enthusiasm” during a jousting tournament, Smashy joined the Raiders because they were the only people who didn’t immediately file restraining orders. He communicates mostly in shouting, fist bumps, and property damage.

Carries a pocket notebook titled “Subtlety: A Work in Progress.”

Also believes the hive is haunted by ghosts of “sad doors” he’s punched open.
