The Delivery Kru are a community of Ogryns who run a shanty town in the underhive, a safe haven for all manner of hangers-on. The town is run by Baron Kiln, a veteran from the Imperium who went AWAL after deciding he no longer wished to be subjected to the demeaning treatment by the soldiers. 

Those who wish to reside in the shanty town may do so rent free, so long as they agree to work for the Baron’s crew in collecting debts owed to him by those across the hive, and delivering goods and packages - no asking questions!

In turn, the Ogryns provide protection, daily meals and access to … relatively fresh (recycled) “water”.
