Assassination Attempt 2025-12-09 #8

Rumour across Cog Port was the House of Iron was sending a representative down from UpHive on important business for one of their gang assets in the area. This, however, was not to reason for the strange eyes of Les Fils to be turned toward the newcomer however... The Sons of Carcosa belived he was marked by some other sort of sign, and their attentions would prove fatal.

The Sons took first blood with their champion Hali slipping out of the shadows to remove the Orlock's Plasma gun from the field, but in turn the Road Captain stepped up and returned the favour. 

The Jackets then pushed up as a united front, presenting a solid and encroching line toward the Delaque assassins, taking out their strange worm creature and gunning down the latest shadowy recruit. 

The Thousand were not planning on fighting fair however: at the start of turn 4 they plunged the battlefield into darkness, and in the ensuing confusion first Sean was taken out by a last bolt from a pair of glinting photo goggles looking out from the black, then Tzeench made his twisting presence felt: A single shot from the Delaque sniper Yhtil bent around a seemingly safe corner and assasiated the target as he bent down to open a loot crate. 

What does the removal of this powerful House asset means from the Yellow Jackets, and what business do Les Mille Fils have with them now?

But boss! The damn Sneakies cheated!! Turned the bloody lights out an then shot 'im from the shadows!!
